Lyons Group Rewards terms

These terms describe the program as it runs today.

Who can join

Membership is for individual guests, one account per person, and you must be 18 or older. Your phone number identifies your account, so a number can belong to only one member. Accounts, points, and rewards belong to the person who enrolled and cannot be sold, transferred, or combined with another account.

You receive 100 points when you join, added to your account right away. The welcome points are given once per member.

Where it works

Points are earned and redeemed at every participating restaurant. Each participating restaurant is independently owned and operated. The program is administered by Lyons Group, which provides business services to participating restaurants. Which restaurants take part can change. Participating today: Alibi, Back Bay Social, Back Door Donuts, Bar Enza, Bill's Bar, Bleacher Bar, El Barco (Back Bay), El Barco MV, Game On, Harry Hare's, Harvard Gardens, Lansdowne Pub, Lucky's Lounge, Retro Room, Rochambeau, Scampo, Sonsie, Summer Shack.

Earning points

You earn 1 point per dollar of food and beverage on your check, before tax, tip, and any service or event fee. Points are added by a member of the team when your check is closed, so tell them you are a member before you pay. Points are not earned on tax, gratuity, service charges, or fees.

Tiers

Tiers are counted on the points you earn in a calendar year. Once you reach a tier you keep it for the rest of that year and all of the next one. If you do not earn it again in that time, your tier returns to the starting level. Redeeming points never lowers your tier.

• Member starts at 0 points earned in a calendar year and earns 1 point per dollar.
• Regular starts at 500 points earned in a calendar year and earns 1.25 points per dollar.
• VIP starts at 2,000 points earned in a calendar year and earns 1.5 points per dollar.

Redeeming points

Each point is worth $0.05 toward your check, so 100 points is $5. You can redeem from 100 points. Rewards come off your check at the restaurant when you pay. Rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used to buy gift cards.

Birthday

Members receive 100 points at the start of their birthday month. Add your birthday to your account to receive it.

Checking your account

Your points balance and your history are yours to check at any time from any participating restaurant's rewards page, using the phone number on your account.

Changes to the program

Lyons Group may change the earn rate, the point value, the tiers, the restaurants that take part, or any other rule of this program, and may end the program. Changes take effect when they are posted here. An account opened or used in a way that abuses the program may be corrected, suspended, or closed.
